Refund policy

All orders are final sale.

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

Because each item is handmade to order based on your individual specifications, our products are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal / cooling-off period under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. As such, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of your original purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee any changes, as each print and frame begins production shortly after your order is placed.

Every print and frame is handmade in our studio and framed in-house to ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Please email us at instaexotics@gmail.com with your order number if there are any questions!
